Who Can Use Strock Swap
You must be at least 18 years old and not located in any restricted, prohibited, or sanctioned area. Illegal, fraudulent, or sanctioned activity is not allowed.
Fee Policy
Our standard swap fee is 0.2%. Any applicable network, provider, route, or platform costs may affect the quote shown before creating an exchange. By proceeding with an exchange, you confirm that you reviewed and accepted the displayed fee and quote.
Digital Asset Risks
Cryptocurrency transactions involve volatility, network delays, failed transactions, smart-contract issues, liquidity limits, and provider outages. By using Strock Swap, you accept these risks.

Mis-Sent Deposits
Deposits sent with the wrong token, wrong blockchain, unsupported asset, missing memo, or incorrect destination may be permanently lost. You are responsible for verifying the asset, network, amount, and address before sending funds.

Exchange Errors & Order Delays
If a swap fails, is delayed, or completes incorrectly due to technical issues, third-party providers, or network conditions, users agree to wait for an official update. Resolution times vary and depend on external providers and blockchain networks. Users will be issued a refund if an order cannot be completed successfully.
